You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish to LinkedIn. This includes ensuring your posts comply with LinkedIn's terms of service and applicable laws.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or effectiveness of AI-generated content. Use of generated content is at your own risk.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to, reputational damage, legal issues, or professional consequences.
You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for providing the service.
Our Service, including its design, features, and technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content.
Our Service may incorporate third-party content, including AI models and APIs. Such content remains the property of their respective owners.

Linkji offers free monthly credits and paid one-time credit packs. Paid credits are processed through Razorpay and are consumed when you use generation features.
By purchasing credits, you authorize us and our payment processor (Razorpay) to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including any applicable taxes.
All payments are final. Linkji does not provide refunds for purchased credits, including partial, unused, or remaining credits, except where required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in our application.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or any reason that protects our rights or property.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data, except as required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
